Supported Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, and 35 other issuers), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. When you make a payment using a credit/debit card, Nexvibe will not collect your personal information. When you place an order through Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay, you will be redirected to the payment pages of these service providers, where you can log in with your username and password to make a payment.
All payment transactions must be verified by the card issuer. Funds will only be deducted from your credit card upon completion of the order. We will not be responsible for any circumstances where the card issuer declines to authorize a transaction. Please note that the card issuer may charge a fee or administrative-processing charge, and we are not responsible for such expenses.
If your payment is rejected, common reasons may include:
- Incorrect card information: Please check the expiration date, billing address, and security code.
- Issuing bank declined your payment: For example, insufficient funds in the card.
- Incorrect address: The shipping address and billing address are inconsistent or incorrect.
If everything is correct, please try another browser or another payment method to complete your order. Your order will be shipped after payment is received in our account. Returns and refunds will be made to the original order's bank account.
Please note that the prices of goods paid on our website do not include any customs or international taxes that may be levied by your country/region. The price you pay to us is solely for the product itself; we do not assume any customs or tax fees. If a package is not delivered due to unpaid customs or other taxes, we cannot issue a refund.

Currency Settlement Explanation
We recommend using US Dollars for settlement. As we use Shopify, the prices displayed in non-US Dollar currency are approximate conversion values. The actual payment price may fluctuate due to handling fees charged by your financial institution and varying exchange rates.
When checking out from your shopping cart, the prices of the items will be converted to US Dollars, and you will be charged in US Dollars. The total amount of the order will be converted using your bank's exchange rate at the time of purchase, and your bank may charge you any fees related to international transactions separately.
Coupon Explanation
When you register as a new user, you will receive a 20% coupon. We also have many themed events and promotional activities that can be found on our webpage. Stay tuned.
