As all our products are custom-made, we currently do not accept any form of returns or exchanges, except in the case of product quality issues.

Q: If I don't like the print quality, can I return the product?

We're very sorry for the poor experience. While we're constantly optimizing our products, customer service is our top priority. However, since these are custom items, we can't resell them. We'd like to hear more from our users; you can reach out for assistance at hi@nex-vibe.com. We may offer discount coupons or other gifts as compensation. We hope you'll be satisfied!

Q: What if I want to change the size?

We strongly recommend that you read our size guide thoroughly or consult our customer service to find the best fit for you before placing an order. For products that have already been made, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What should I do if I find quality issues after receiving the goods?

We encourage you to inspect the package immediately upon receipt. We assure you that every item is flawless when shipped. If you do encounter quality issues, please take photos/videos and contact support@nex-vibe.com right away. We will arrange for the product to be returned to our US warehouse, provide a full refund/offer compensation as an apology.
Our definition of quality issues includes:
  1. ​Issues with the garment's construction, such as damages, deformities, or asymmetries.
  2. Material or fabric not matching the product description.
  3. Presence of an irritating odor.
  4. Stains on the product due to damaged packaging.
Please follow our provided care instructions when using the product. We cannot offer refunds for quality issues arising from improper care.
